Terms and Conditions

Yard Access Policy

  • To ensure service, the customer acknowledges that Spotless Scoopers must have access to the designated cleaning area. If access is blocked due to locked, frozen, or obstructed gates, or if dogs are present in the yard, the service will be skipped, but charges will still apply.

  • To prevent missed cleanings, we recommend providing gate codes or spare keys for our records.

Weather Policy

  • At Spotless Scoopers, we do our best to provide service in most weather conditions, including rain and cold. However, for safety reasons, we may need to delay service in cases of severe weather, such as thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or heavy snow accumulation.

  • If the weather prevents us from servicing your yard on your scheduled day, we will make every effort to reschedule within the same week whenever possible. If rescheduling isn’t feasible, we’ll return on your next scheduled visit to ensure all waste is collected.

  • If you need your yard cleaned before your next scheduled service, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Additionally, to protect your yard, we may postpone service if conditions are extremely muddy and will resume once the ground has dried. Thank you for your understanding!

Holiday Service Policy

  • At Spotless Scoopers, we value our team and believe in giving them time to celebrate special occasions with their loved ones. As such, we reserve the right to cancel service on certain holidays throughout the year, including Christmas and New Year's Day.

Billing Policy

  • Spotless Scoopers bill monthly in advance for our services, with payment due on the 1st of each month. If your payment method is declined, service will be paused until the issue is resolved.

  • For yards with a gap of service of more than 30 days since the last cleaning, a first-time clean-up fee will apply.

  • We are happy to pause service for up to 30 days, but if service is not resumed after that period, your account will be removed from the schedule.

  • For one-time cleanings, payment will be due within 24 hours after the service is completed.

Yard Maintenance & Debris Policy

  • At Spotless Scoopers, we always strive to clean your yard as thoroughly as possible. We understand that yard maintenance can be challenging, and sometimes the condition of your yard may not be ideal for a perfect clean.

  • Tall grass, leaves, and other debris can make it difficult to spot all pet waste, and in such cases, some waste may be missed during our visit. Rest assured, we will return during your next scheduled visit to address anything that was missed, as long as the yard is maintained.
